1 su bardağı ayçiçek yağı<br />
1.5 su bardağı toz şeker<br />

3 su bardağı un<br />
1 çay bardağı kuru üzüm</p>
<p>Bir kabın içerisinde şeker ve yumurta köpürünceye  kadar çırpılır. Yoğurt ve yağ ilave edilir. Daha sonra un ve üzerine kabartma tozu dökülür. Üzümleri unlayarak kek hamuruna ilave edin. Bu karışımı iyice çırptıktan sonra kek kabına dökülür. 150 derecelik Fırında yaklaşık 45 dakika pişirilir. Afiyet Olsun..</p>

<p>  YAPILIŞI:</p>
<p>  1- Kıyma, ıslatılıp sıkılmış ekmek, rendelenmiş soğan, tuz, karabiber, kimyon, kıyılmış maydanoz ve yumurta iyice yoğrulur.</p>
<p>  2- Ceviz büyüklüğünde parçalara ayrılıp uzun veya yassı köfteler yapılır.</p>
<p>  3- Kızgın yağda kızartılır.</p>
<p>  Not:</p>
<p>  1) Cızbız köfte yaparken ekmek konmaz veya az konur. Yumuşak olması için yoğrulurken 2 kaşık zeytinyağı ilave edilir.</p>
<p>  2) Kuru köfteye 1- 2 diş dövülmüş sarımsak da katılabilir.</p>
<p>  3) Artan köfteyi salçalı su ilave edilerek salçalı köfte de yapılabilir.</p>
<p>  4) Kuru köfte hamuru küçük küçük yuvarlanıp kızartılarak üzerine birer kürdan batırılırsa, soğuk büfe için bir çeşit olur.</p>

<p>  YAPILIŞI:</p>
<p>  1- Bulgur ayıklanıp yıkanır. Bol su ile bir gece veya 45 saat bekletilir.</p>

<p>  4- Mayalanma süresince sık sık karıştırmak gerekir. Aksi halde tadında acıma olur.</p>
<p>  5- Kokusu ve ekşiliği istenen duruma gelince şekerin tamamı ve vanilya konur, karıştırılıp buz dolabında muhafaza edilir.</p>
<p>  6- Tarçın serperek ve tuzsuz sarı leblebi ile ikram edilir.</p>
<p>  Not: Boza; porselen, cam veya emaye kapta mayalandırılmalı ve muhafaza edilmelidir.</p>
<p>  KISA BİLGİ:</p>
<p>  Boza B grubu vitamin kaynağıdır. B vitaminleri yağların hazmolmasını kolaylaştırdığı için ishallerin meydana gelmesini önler. Ayrıca sinirleri dinlendirir, cilt sağlığını ve tırnakların kırılmamasını sağlar.</p>
